Personally I have been fighting a weight battle my whole life. There were times when I tipped the scales at over 320 Pounds, at just over 6 feet tall! Talk about needing some help! But that's changed!
After I graduated from College I decided to get control of my body and loose weight. But as most people who fight a weight problem... I didn't know where to turn and what to do. I always stayed physically active but I was never as lean as I wanted to be, my body seem to hold on to whatever I fed it... It was like my body was preparing for tough times or famine.
As the years went on I began to read everything on the subject, weight training, fat burning, muscle building and bodybuilding! Little by little the years went by leaving me to devour whatever fitness and exercise print that was written.
Finally after nearly 15 years I began to understand just how the body worked! I decided to go into the fitness business and work at a gym as a personal trainer. I completed my certifications in both personal training and sports nutrition. Now life was good!
In 1996 I put all my resources together and bought a Gold's Gym! Deeper and deeper I dove into my fitness career. I trained, ran the gym and had the ability to try whatever supplements and routines I wanted to. The result was that my muscles grew, and grew! Pretty soon I started promoting a men's and women's Bodybuilding and Fitness show every year. The more I did in the Fitness industry, the more I learned.
